My passion for cake decorating began in 2008. I challenged myself to bake and decorate my son’s 6th birthday cake. I also drew inspiration from my Mom, who too enjoyed baking and was well known in the local community for her amazing cakes. The years that followed are a blissful cake decorating blur. I learnt so much over the years, constantly trying out new techniques and recipes along the way.

 

I pride myself on producing elegant, attractive cakes, with clean lines. I only use the best ingredients, as I firmly believe that cakes should not only be beautiful in appearance, but must taste great as well.
